I know. I know. You have heard all about creating a budget for your small business. It's on the to-do list. There are just so many more pressing things to take care of. And frankly, they are far more fun.

But I have a question for you. Are you paying yourself? Did you know many small business owners get their pay from what is left over each month, and the amount is inconsistent?
